Rotor imbalances have a significant impact on the level of their vibration and reliability. Reduction rotor is achieved through static dynamic balancing that we propose to accomplish by virtual rigid rotors in two stages. At first stage mutual orientation parts calculated compensate couple unbalance. second values masses angular coordinates correction weights allow eliminating residual imbalance are determined. The placed planes rotor. A model proposed implement makes it possible determine relative positions parts, mass planes. effectiveness using was verified performing calculations finite element (FEM) ANSYS software package. In course study, data were obtained velocities supports. results show reduction supports, amounting 80% initial value.
